VSTWell is a mobile app compatible with the VSTBalance system created by VirtuSenseTechnologies. With this interactive app, users can receive personally customized exercise andfitness plans derived from their assessments and assigned (as appropriate) by a clinician.Following an assessment on VSTBalance, a clinician can consult the VSTBalance system’srecommended exercise list, intended to address the specific deficits identified during theassessment. If the clinician deems the exercise is appropriate for the user (consult your doctorbefore beginning an exercise regimen), a link is sent to the user’s email address, allowing themto download the app with their personal recommended regimen. As the user interacts with theexercise app, the app can track that user’s overall improvement and participation, giving theirclinical team (with the user’s permission) greater insight in managing outcomes and addressingtrends in the user’s health that may require further proactive attention to prevent an adverseevent from occurring.
